SUPPORTED APPLICATION FEATURES
An operator records a finding. A supervisor reviews it. Maintenance carries out the work. An independent person verifies the result. StrataFleet keeps the asset, evidence and responsible people together.

Charts show the pattern. The underlying record explains it. See where evidence is fresh, where an asset has exceeded its recorded-use threshold and where information is still missing.
Phone location and phone-reported speed are separate choices. Authorized supervisors can review active-trip positions, signal freshness and named-location evidence when those features are selected.
DEFAULT-OFF ORGANIZATION SETTINGS
Phone location and explicit phone speed require separate administrator selection. This website starts no tracker and changes no collection setting. Named-location and utilization analysis also require their own selected settings.
Built locally: permission-filtered position views and retained location history. Android-first phone source exists; real-device acceptance, continuous background collection and road maps are not complete.
Compare GPS observation distance with recorded odometer distance over time. Gaps remain visible, and an unavailable reading stays distinct from zero.
GENERATED SNAPSHOT · NO TRIP RECORDS
No GPS or odometer distance series is available in this snapshot. The authenticated application charts recorded daily values and keeps unavailable readings distinct from zero.
Review the snapshot history ↗Built locally: driver-private daily routes, 7-, 30- and 365-day summaries, quality-aware charts and retained CSV exports. Trip-period Excel and PDF exports are not available.
VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT
Set separate organization thresholds for vehicles and equipment. Executive, supervision, maintenance and asset views share the same utilization positions; selected departments receive weekly in-app summaries.
An inactivity signal starts a review. It does not prove uninterrupted parking, engine idling or lost earnings. Carrying-cost estimates await configured cost inputs.
FROM DASHBOARD TO DOCUMENT
Take the weekly utilization view into a planning meeting. Keep your organization prominent, the source traceable and the full asset list available beyond the dashboard’s visible page.
These formats apply to weekly utilization. Asset, fuel, incident and driver-trip reports currently provide CSV. Tenant logo configuration and formal audit packages are not available.
Review application availabilityRequires selected monitoring and a retained generated summary.
This page does not display a generated PDF or imply a weekly summary exists for the demonstration fixture.

FROM FIELD TO FLEET OFFICE
Six operational surfaces share the same evidence: Executive Operations, Supervision, Driver, Maintenance, Fuel and Incident. Each person sees the actions and records in their scope.
Enter the invited betaRecord the inspection, trip, fuel entry or incident against the right asset.
Give the responsible person the facts and the authority to make the next decision.
Assign work, collect repair evidence and independently verify the outcome.
Review charts, retained summaries and report history to identify the next question.
MADE FOR ASSET-HEAVY WORK
Start with the asset and its applicable inspection family. The retained reference library includes specialized forestry equipment alongside vehicle, trailer and equipment checklists for human review.
Guided starter planning is built for forestry: identify your work, review eight equipment types and their daily pre-use inspection family, record missing coverage and retain the administrator’s reviewed plan. Continue through actual asset registration or CSV import, reviewed checklist publication and assignment, operator setup, first inspections and a final readiness review. Each operational decision remains explicit. Other operational industry packs are not implemented.
FEATURE AVAILABILITY
The local application is ready for continued internal review of its implemented workflows. Field validation and the commercial launch are separate milestones.
Application source build · 2.0.0-dev.98
Assets, inspections, maintenance, fuel, incidents, access controls, kilometre charts, selected position views, retained location history and weekly utilization with CSV/Excel/PDF, and administrator-reviewed forestry plans and guided operational setup. The recognition pilot adds independently reviewed quarter-point nominations, personal ledgers, appeals and reversals on upgraded, feature-selected workspaces; no cash value or merchandise redemption.
Android-first foreground collector source and durable queues are built. Android and iPhone field acceptance, continuous background collection, private road mapping and public demo readiness remain unfinished. A separate local event demo supports isolated synthetic writes, rolling 24-hour expiry and fixed cached Canadian road context for its fabricated course.
Merchandise redemption, cross-product recognition synchronization and achievements; additional operational industry packs; French and Spanish translation; carrying-cost estimates; formal audit packages and tenant logos are not available. Head Office customer handoff, Fleet activation and access revalidation are implemented through a versioned service interface.
